2013 abstract with acrylic on canvas.  It was ten til midnight in the city of Orvieto, Italy.  Was getting ready to go to sleep.  All of a sudden, the church bells began to ring, for ten minutes non-stop. I got my clothes on as fast as I could and ran to the church in the SLEET and marble size hail which was unusual for that time of year.  Turns out, is was a midnight mass to celebrate the festival.  Later, found out it was the harvesting season of the white grapes to make the famous Orvieto white wine it is famous for.  The abstract painting is the bell, and the sleet.. ring ring.
